The Neighbourhood and Home Watch Network, England and Wales (NHWN) (formerly known as United Strategy Group for Watch Issues or USGWI) represents all Home Watch & Neighbourhood Watch members across England & Wales. It is the body which engages with the Home Office and other parties on the National Strategy Group for Watch Issues, at the strategic level.
