Neighbourhood Management Achievement Awards 2004
The awards recognise the achievement, dedication and hard work of individuals and groups in delivering the benefits of
neighbourhood management to communities across the country.
They will provide a
way for government and local communities to honour the individuals and organisations whose commitment and skill has enhanced people’s quality of life by improving and co-ordinating essential services at neighbourhood level.
Each category winner
receives a cash prize of £1000.
Nominations can be made in the following categories:

Please note that each organisation can submit up to 8 nominations.
What to submit?

Signed and completed nomination form
-
The Testimonial Letter – summarising why the nominee should receive the
award. -
Letters of Support – from partner agencies and other organisations. A
maximum of 4 allowed. -
Additional Supporting Material – a maximum of 4 double-sided pages of
A4 paper. You should include practical examples of delivery and details of
any outcome that have been achieved. -
Photographs – send photographs relevant to the nomination.
Please provide concise and relevant details about the nominee, for example, their background, working practices and any innovative activities, as well as any evidence of the impact they make on the community in general.
